Around 390 engineers (Civil) have failed to upload Annual Performance Reports (APRs) during the past several years even after repeated instructions issued in this regard by the Public Works (R&B) Department and now they have been explicitly told that in case of non-compliance within two days they shall not be promoted/regularized.
