Ex BJP MLC Vikram Randhawa, in-charge Kargil, said Haji Hanifa, who is contesting as an independent candidate from Ladakh constituency and is being supported by NC Kargil unit, said Hanifa is “fraud” candidate and is playing emotional and religious card to befool people of Kargil.
