Take Back Azad’s Padma Bhushan As He Compromised National Security: Vikar Rasool

J&K Pradesh Congress Committee president Vikar Rasool said former J&K CM Ghulam Nabi Azad compromised national security by taking action against the leaders with militancy links when he was the CM so the President should take back  Padma Bhushan awarded to him.
