16-year-old student Basharat Ahmad lost his life in a devastating accident on the Kargil TCP Road at Ando Colony. Basharat, described as a promising young soul, was on his way to school with a friend when they were hit by a JCB. Despite efforts to save him, Basharat succumbed to his injuries at the scene, while his companion suffered minor injuries.
