Rubiya Sayeed, daughter of Ex J&K CM late Mufti Sayeed, today appeared before the special CBI court in a case related to her kidnapping in 1989. . Her lawyer said she stood by her earlier statement made before CBI. Rubaiya is one of the prosecution witnesses in the case involving Malik and nine others against whom the court had framed charges in January last year, more than 31 years after her abduction.
