Challenging the PAGD’s assertion that the people have spoken out against the abrogation of Article 370 in the DDC polls, Union Minister Anurag Thakur on Wednesday said the BJP and Independents got over 52 per cent votes which shows that the Gupkar alliance has been rejected.
