Kathua case: Lal Singh says CBI inquiry can save ‘dented’ image of CM

Jammu:  Former forest minister and BJP MLA Chowdhary Lal Singh said he and Chander Parkash Ganga  didn’t resign because they  were accused but  because a wrong perception was made about party and it could vitiated atmosphere in the country so we decided to resign.

Former minister said they  will press for CBI  inquiry.  Lal Singh said this case was also failure of chief minister. He said if the CM has  conscious and  and order CBI she can save her image . He alleged the case was raked up to divert attention   their (PDP) failure in Kashmir towards Jammu.
