Army Chief General Bipin Rawat interacted with the media on Friday. He said that coordinated efforts of security forces, have brought the situation in Jammu and Kashmir under control. He made it clear that more surgical strikes cannot be ruled out as India has the “right to retaliate” if Pakistan does not react positively to offers of peace.
