PDP MLA Waheed Para has accused CM Omar Abdullah of Making a U-Turn on Article 370 by not passing resolution in the cabinet for its restoration but instead resolution was passed for restoring Statehood, which he said doesn’t hold much significance as PM has already stated that will be restored.
