A thin attendance was recorded at Govt Girls High school Kamalkot, Uri, district Baramulla on the reopening of the schools after winter vacations in Kashmir valley.. The area has witnessed heavy firing from Pakistan for last many days. There is sense of fear and students say parents don’t want to risk their lives by sending them to schools in this atmosphere On school reopening only six girls out of 120 turned up.
