Kaka Ram (50 Year) who was lost his hearing power due to IED Blast at Slathia Chowk Udhampur last Month allegedly took his own life by Jumping off a hill Near his House on April1, 2022.His family members said deceased had gone into depression and had appealed to the authorities to provide adequate ex-gratia.
