Three workers engaged with Private Company in Tower work died due to suspected asphyxiation in Kalori in Panchayat Gantwal,of Chenani area of Udhampur district, Jammu and Kashmir. Initial reports suggest workers had lit a fire near the tent to keep them warm amid severe cold and died of suspected asphyxiation. The police have shifted the bodies of the deceased to the Community Health Center (CHC) in Chenani for autopsy. The identities of the victims are yet to be revealed .An investigation is currently underway.
