Top film makers and literary personalities are attending the ‘Kumaon Literary Festival’ which was inaugurated by LG At Srinagar. The festival is being attended by Bibek Debroy, author, and Chairman, Economic Advisory Council to Prime Minister Rahul Rawail, veteran Filmmaker rhan Bagati, Founder, Kashmir’s Yumberzal Applied Research Institute (KYARI), Asha Batra, co-founder Kumaon Literary Festival.
