Peoples Conference chairman Sajad Lone said the targeted killings in Kashmir are handiwork of lunatic, fringe elements. He said while these are highly condemnable acts these also were planned acts which government failed to anticipate. Lone asked government to come down from “high horse” and hold dialogue with security experts especially with police officials.
