Jammu and Kashmir police have arrested the accused involved Udhampur twin bus blasts. Police said Mohd Aslam Sheikh resident of Basantgarh, Udhampur is a surrendered militant and had confessed he placed both the IEDs . Police said blasts were carried out on the directions of Pak based militant Md Amin Bhat alias Khubaib who was from Doda.
