Kathua: Memorial of martyr Hav Rajinder singh was unveil at his native village Marta Nagrota , Basholi in the presence of hundreds of the villagers and family members on his 19th death anniversary . He sacrified his life during the kargil war on 9th June, 1999.
On the occasion Brigadier JS Budhwar , Sena Medal Commander 21 sub Area was chief guest and unveiled the memorial in the presence of family members of Marytrs Hav Rajinder singh .and J&K Purab Sainki Seva Parishad , President Col VS Magotra .
The wreath ceremony was allso arranged and salute was given to martyrs.. The Marytrs family and War widows were also given cheque of Rs 10,000.
He said that in the memory of Hav Rajinder singh such function to memories the scarification would be arranged with the support of local people.
