Police launches operation to recover phone of terrorist arrested for killing Punjab residents. Police had arrested Adil Manzoor Langoo, the terrorist had killed two labourers from Punjab in the Habba Kadal area of the city on February 7. He had told police he had thrown his phone in river along Ali Jan Road.
