Deputy Superintendent Humayun Bhat, who was martyred in encounter at Anantnag, was laid to rest on Thursday. Bhatt had been serving as a DSP in the Jammu and Kashmir Police for the past three years and had got married just last year. A sea of mourners turned up to pay last respect.
