SoS international has welcomed the J&K High Court order directing the government to treat all 5300 PoJK DPs families residing outside J&K at par with PoJK DP families residing in J&K. The Court directed the government to provide cash assistance to all the 5300 PoJK DPs families residing outside J&K and all other benefits which are being provided to PoJK DPs families residing in J&K.
