The J&K Police today attached the residential house of an active terrorist Abid Ramzan, top divisional commander of Lashkar-e-Toiba terrorist outfit, who is a suspect in the killing of BJP ex-Sarpanch Ajaz Ahmad Sheikh. Police said he is behind all the incidents happening in South Kashmir.
