Shashvat Art Gallery at Dhounthli bazaar, Jammu is a treasure trove of rare manuscripts, miniature paintings, antique Jewellery. It’s a manuscript conservation centre established by National Mission for Manuscripts. It has a collection 10,000 Bundle of Manuscript written in different script on different subject & titles, 2.25 kg silver and gold jewellery of Duggar ,Gujjar and Gadi tribal Jewellery. It also has about 2700 to 3000 Indian Pahari Miniature Paintings of Jammu, Kashmir, Basholi, Kangra, Noorpur, and Ram Nagar School.
