Killings of Makhan Lal Bindroo (70), owner of Bindroo Medicate pharmacy in Srinagar’s Iqbal Park, inside his pharmacy by militants last evening suggest there is rise in selective killings in the valley as of late militants have started targeting Kashmiri Pandits, BJP workers and non-Kashmiri in the valley.
