One Person was Seriously Injured after Old Mortar Shell Exploded in Chandli village of Samba district. The injured has been identified as Chinaar Singh, son of Puran Singh, a resident of Chandli in Samba district. After initial treatment, the injured has been referred to Medical College Jammu.
