Samba police arrested two narcotic smugglers and recovered 13/14 kgs of Poppy Straw (Bhukki) and India Currency worth Rs 27 Lakhs . The accused identified as Samiullah S/O Mohd Amin (truck driver) and his associate Zahid Maqbool S/o Mohd Maqbool Wagay both residents of Lower Munda, Qazigund have been arrested.
