Congress leaders including PCC vice-president Raman Bhalla, former minister Yogesh Sawhney were stopped from visiting Katra. Their vehicles were stopped near Ban Toll Plaza. Bhalla said they were visiting Katra to meet the protesters and also enquire about facilities to yatris who are suffering on account of Bandh. A 72-yr bandh is being observed in Katra against the ropeway project.
