Former J&K CM Ghulam Nabi Azad said restoring full statehood of Jammu and Kashmir and reserving government jobs and right to buy land only for domicile certificate holders will be the top priority of his party. He said while all efforts will be made for the return of Kashmiri Pandits to Valley no one would be forced. Azad said it in his address at a rally at Jammu which was his first after resigning from the Congress.
