Ravinder Raina visits the residence of martyr Kaisar Ahmad Shah in at Shangus, Anantnag, and expressed condolences with family members of deceased. Rifleman Kaisar Ahmad died in a terrorist attack at Bota Pathri, Gulmarg on Oct 25. Raina said India always wanted friendly ties with our neighbours but that has not been reciprocated .
