An official told that a man identified as Joginder Singh, son of Punjab Singh of Arnas, a laborer by profession, went to Sukto river at Irwan Khetar for a bath but suddenly drowned due to deep water. The officer said soon after receiving information, a police team headed by SHO Rajouri reached the spot, and with the help of the SDRF team, the body was retrieved from the river.
