The Northern Railways is all set to start work on the 50-kilometers Baramulla- Uri stretch in Kashmir shortly which will take train network close to the Line of Control (LoC) with Pakistan and besides helping local people in travel will also strongly assist the troops in transportation of their supplies to forward areas.
