Pulwama: Patients Protest Over Lack Of Heating System at PHC

Patients at Primary Health Centre Rahmoo Pulwama protested against lack of heating arrangement at the hospital. Patients as well as doctors are suffering. Doctors have to examine patients outside the PHC building as rooms in the building are too cold.
