Two local militants of Hizb-ul-Mujahideen outfit surrendered before a joint team of security forces during an encounter in the Lelhar area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district. Reportedly duo identified as Akeel of Lelhar kakapora and Rouf of Wasoora Pulwama 2 Ak 47 rifles also recovered from them. Akeel’s brother had appealed him to surrender.
