Finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman addressing a function in Srinagar said post abrogation of Art 370 Delimitation Commission has been constituted and DDC polls have shown that people are looking forward for aspirational meeting of their dreams . She said larger purpose is to reach out to every person in Jammu and Kashmir and giving her or him his due and development denied for last 70-yr shall be reaching out to every citizen of J&K
