National Conference leader and former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today hit back at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying his recent charges against three families were “unfounded” and an attempt to “divert attention” from the real issues facing the country. Omar said, “The Prime Minister’s recent remarks against the Abdullah, Mufti, and Gandhi families are baseless and misleading. It’s an attempt to divert attention from the government’s failures and the real issues confronting the nation.”
