Kobe , Japan: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is in Japan to strengthen the relations between the two countries, on Saturday addressed luncheon gathering at Hyogo Prefecture in Kobe. Recalling his association with Hyogo Prefecture and his visits to Kobe in 2007 and 2012, he said India and Japan’s relationship was characterised by complete trust and mutual confidence.
