Prime Minister Narendra Modi is arriving in Samba district in Jammu on April 24, on the occasion of Panchayati Raj Diwas He  will address the nation on the occasion of ‘Panchayati Raj Diwas’. Security has been heightened in the region after terrorist attack at Sunjwan on Friday in which two pak terrorist were eliminated. DGP had said terrorists had planned to carry out attack near the venue of PM’s rally.  The administration has made elaborate arrangements at border village Palli in Samba district.  This is the first visit of the Prime Minister to the Union Territory of J&K since the abrogation of Article 370.
