Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti has said that peace in the state is imperative for dialogue and resumption of friendly ties with Pakistan. In her Republic Day message to the public, she said only peace can bring development and public can reap the benefits of government’s initiatives.
