General Officer Commanding-in-Chief (GOC-in-C) Northern Command Lieutenant General Upendra Dwivedi said Pakistan is Pushing Terrorists To Disturb Peace In J&K but army will not allow it succeed. He said army is mostly neutralising infiltrator along the LOC itself.
