Renowned Dogri folk singer and dancer Romalo Ram who has been conferred with Padma Shri expressing gratitude to President of India ,Prime minister Narendra Modi led government of India, as well as UT administration said previous government neglected Dogra Culture but the present is acknowledging and promoting it. He hails from village Amroh in Ramnagar tehsil of Jammu and Kashmir’s, Udhampur district.
