Jammu: Roads and building minister Nayeem Akhtar, also the chief spokesperson of the Jammu and Kashmir government, said terrorists must realize the fact that Indian army and security forces can’t be cowed down by such terrorist attacks.
Speaking to reporters in the Assembly, he said our efforts are to bring back local youth into mainstream, who have taken up gun.
“We have to make them (local youth) realize the futility of gun,” he said, Naeem said neither terrorist attacks nor killing of terrorists is a final solution.
