Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his monthly Maan ke Baat radio programme has appreciated progressive farmer Abdul Rashid Mir of Chakura village, Pulwama, for bringing global recognition of local products. Rashid Mir started growing snow peas by integrating the land of other farmers of the village and within no time, snow peas started reaching London from Kashmir.
