Mendhar: LOC Residents Risk Lives In Crossing River In Absence of Bridge

Residents of Balnoi risk their lives in crossing river in absence of bridge which has not been constructed despite repeated assurances by the authorities. Local say the a plan was approved but it has not been completed.
