Jammu: Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti speaking in the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly said talks with Pakistan is the only option.
“I I know I will be labelled anti-national by news anchors tonight but that doesn’t matter. The people of J&K are suffering. We have to talk because war is not an option,” she said.
The CM said how can you counter someone who had come to die. She said for how long the people of the state will continue to give sacrifices
“For how long,” she said.
She said we shouldn’t be afraid in calling for talks as there is no other options.
The CM said India has fought and won many battles against Pakistan but what has been result.
“Now, even war is not an option , So we have to hold talks,” said the CM
