The mortal remain of Naik Jasbir Singh was consigned to flames with full military honour at his native village in RS Pura Sub Division here.
Naik Jasvir Singh, a resident of RS Pura, District Jammu, attained martyrdom while battling a group of infiltrators who were trying to sneak into in Teetwal sector of District Kupwara. 38 years old braveheart is survived by his wife Jitender Kour, daughter (13) and son (7).
