A man identified as Mohd Latief, resident of Reasi, was stabbed to death in Katra, The accused Sunil has been arrested, Police said the deceased and accused were known to each other and were having dinner at hotel kitchen. They had an altercation after which the deceased was stabbed to death with a sharp knife.
