Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor today visited residence of Rajni Bala in Samba who was shot dead by militants in Kulgam where she was serving as government teacher. Husband of the deceased, who is also serving as teacher in Kashmir, said he appealed to the LG that he be transferred to Jammu.
