Two minor children died after they were allegedly hit by a dumper in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Sunday, officials said. Traffic Police officials said the accident occurred at around 0855 hours near Damhal Hanjipora, where a dumper vehicle allegedly hit the two children, injuring the both critically. The duo was taken to Sub-District Hospital DH Pora, where doctors declared them dead on arrival. The deceased were identified as 12-year-old Mantaha Aijaz, daughter of Aijaz Ahmad Wani, resident of DH Pora, and a 3-year-old Amman Aijaz, son of Aijaz Ahmad Hella, resident of Yaroo.
