Militants on Tuesday evening fired upon and critically injured a Panch, reportedly affiliated with BJP, in Kulgam. Militants attacked the Panch identified as Arif Ahmad near his residence at Akhran Qazigund. He was shifted to emergency Hospital Qazigund.
