Police on Wednesday said that a lady who was involved in kidnapping a infant in Kishtwar recently has been booked under Public Safety Act (PSA) by the authorities. Kishtwar Police solved mystery of kidnapping case at District Hospital Kishtwar where one burqa Clad women kidnapped the infant male baby age about 06 month by arresting the accused lady namely Shabnum Begum wife of Killed Militants Zahoor Din resident of Kripak Mohallah Kishtwar.
