Ex Militant Sher Khan who was active from 2001 to 2006 in district kishtwar and surrender along with his colleagues at Awantipora Sringar.. He was released after 13 years of imprisonment .Now he is working as labourer at his native village Segdi Bhata Kishtwar. On the eve of Republic day Sher Khan hosted Indian Flag at his house.
