Curfew continued in place for the fifth consecutive day in Kishtwar imposed after killing of RSS leader Chanderkant and his PSO. though some relaxation was given. Defying curfew people protested against police and civil administration. People didn’t observe Baisakhi and Ramnavami as a mark of protest.
